Horse stuck in auction?

http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=1623563 has been in auction for a very long time, every time I bid on her, and I get a message that someone else outbid me. Fine by me, but she stays listed as in an auction. Yet she is nowhere to be seen in the auction house.

If you've won a horse in an auction, you need to go to the "My auctions" link, and claim the horse. Or the owner can do it, and send the horse to the new owner/reclaim the horse. If you aren't the owner/winner of the auction, I'm afraid there's nothing you can do.

Thats just the thing, she doesn't show up in my auction page so that I can claim or send her, she never goes to a new owner, she isn't even in the auction but her page says she is in that auction?
