Skills not raising (fixed)

I used 500 offline points on Mine, laura's and Sarah's shared ranch to raise our ranch skills (Management, breeding, horsemanship, english and sport training), and none rose, but the offline points disapeared.

This is a sponsor ranch, so I don't know what happened

Hmm, were the skills at 0 to start with? That happened to me as well, when my skills were 0. It did not accept my offline pts, it just used them up but did not raise the skill. I had to use the "train skill" thingy for each skill until it was at 20, then offline points worked.

I've been training to see if that would make a difference, and they aren't raising there either.

Oh let me think, first you have to go to the skill page and select, say English training. There ought to be some thing you can click that says, "train in this skill" something like that.

I really don't know why you have to do that though, once I've got a skill learned, it seems fine to just reset it and reraise it via the offline points, perhaps it is just an issue for the first time. I really have no clue.
