When i try to up grade my account (for the 2nd time) it didn't work again.
When I did it again it said "Did You Know? bla bla bla..." That didn't work right? Do we need to make a paypal account?
I really really really need help!

What was the exact message you got when you tried to upgrade?

Um... it only showed up with Did you know and stuff. It never showed anything else...

You don't need a PayPal account to purchase an upgrade. You can do it using a credit card.
Try again, and this time take screen shots of what you are doing (Press Print Screen/PrtSc, and paste into an art program such as Paint. Save. Upload onto a hosting site such as Photobucket).
That way, you can show whoever can help the pics, rather than trying to explain it
