Can't Log In

I'm having some troubles with logging into my main sponsor account. Whenever I enter my correct user name and password, it takes me to the page saying that something is wrong or 'Forgot password?' This happens every time I try and log into my account. I tried logging into the two other novice accounts I made, and it worked just fine. I don't know what's going on... a glitch or my internet. Please help to the best of your ability! Thanks
