Event Placing?

I was training my 3-Day horse when I saw this message on her page:

Competed in WR 3 Day Event
Finishing Place: 0 ($0)
event score gain: 0

Now I found that a little odd, and I checked the Event, and sure enough, the horse was placed in 0th place. Only one horse had received money, the horse in first. That horse got 180,000, but the total purse was 450,000. All the other horses placed in 0th place and got $0.

There really isn't.. Once the event has run, there's nothing that can really be done

I've had that happen before and I messaged an op about it and they told Nef and she reran the event.
