ok im a novice but i had over 300000 in training thing on the management. what the heck. it reseted itself?? why did it happen????

The personal levelling system has been reworked completely in the last couple of days. Your experience has be converted into the new system.

No, you haven't lost anything. You still have exactly what you had before, just presented in a different way.
