What to do if.....

Have a technical question you can't find the answer to in FAQ's? Ask it here. Game problem questions that do NOT pertain to things like training advice, what would my horse do well in, how much is it worth.

What to do if.....

What do you do if you have won an auction, fulfilled your end of the bargain but the other person hasn't? I have waited many days and contacted the person several times about it, but so far nothing has been done...no contact back either. I have checked and they have been logged in several times since requests were messaged. Thanks in advance for help.

Is this an auction on the forums, or in-game, or on the auction house?

Are you buying a horse or something? If it's just a bid on a horse, tell them if they don't accept in the next day or so, you'll take it off and buy one somewhere else, or if it's a trade, tell them you'll sell it to someone else. Have they already got your money?

Actually it's a foal by my stallion (rare colored) out of her mare.... so I need for them to either accept the bid or release the foal....I have asked nicely for several days with no response....

Hmm, so it was part of the rules of the auction that any extra foals were released or given back to you? I'm not sure whether the ops can do anything, since those are player-made rules... Maybe try PMing an op, or if you can get into chat there should be someone around.

Actually the auction was for a foal out of the other players mare, using my choice of stallions. I chose my own stallion, this is the only foal that was born and it's supposed to be mine. But, I can't seem to get her to release the foal or accept my bid, very frustrating since I just dyed my stallion and wanted him to be only one of a color. Thanks so much for your help...I will give her the rest of today to do something, then if she doesn't, I guess I will see if an OP can help, I hate to stir up trouble, but I have always played honestly with integrity and hoped that others did as well, lol....

In that case you should be able to get the foal, since, if they don't send you the foal, it's essentially a scam - I think, lol. Good luck. =)
