Can't reclaim horses from auction?

Can't reclaim horses from auction?

I have two horses to reclaim in my auctions. But the game tells me I don't have the cash -- i have over 800K, how do I not have the cash to get my horses back.

Looking at the prices, it looks like they've both been bid on, so does that mean the people who bid do not have the cash to buy them?

Anyone have any experience with this or is it just a bug?

I had the same problem where it said I couldn't purchase the horse that I won for 1k...and I have over 100mill >_<
Just keep clicking on reclaim horse and eventually it'd give you the horse. :D
