Selling artwork?

How do I sell my art to another player? I don't know how to use the contracts other than for leasing horses. I don't know how to do a money transaction. :(

Tell them to send you a contract for the money they owe you, and then pit the pic link or code in the notes of the horse.(contracts are under management btw) :-)
