Layout Help?

I'm trying to get my list of horses centered and their names to all be shown in the same format (instead of the first horse how I want it and the rest not).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You have to put <center> in front and behind the name. I think. I dont know for sure. I want to make layouts but I dont know how so its what ever I picked up on changing free layouts for the fun of it. and for bullets its <li> and for spaces <br>
