How much is a brood lease to this butterfly horse worth????

I am trying to get a brood lease for this Butterfly Horse....

The owner and Myself have no idea on how much a brood fee would be for her.......how much????
i have zilch experience in Butterfly Horses......and what are her stats like (e.g. good, bad, will throw BC or not....etc.)
