Your stally needs to be stat maxed before he's put up for anything.

He doesn't /need/ to be stat maxed, but you will have a hard time finding players willing to pay a 15K stud fee for a horse that isn't. I don't know the breed so I couldn't tell you how good his stats are comparatively, or what other studs of the breed are up for.
