Help! How do you do layouts for Ranchs?!

Have a technical question you can't find the answer to in FAQ's? Ask it here. Game problem questions that do NOT pertain to things like training advice, what would my horse do well in, how much is it worth.

Help! How do you do layouts for Ranchs?!

OK, I've tried to set up my own layout for my ranch but everytime I change something in the original source, it doesn't do anything! I have tried the suggestion in the FAQ or wherever it was, but I wanted to know why you had to put it in certain areas, plus, it wasn't doing anything either. Help!!!!!

The one that is created in the beginning of the ranch. I tried to change that. Should I make one from scratch instead? :?
