how do u use the rider/trainer person? Are u supose to train it?, how do u train it?

you can only train a rider if you are a sponcer with training skill in the area its to be trained, and you use them when you enter events, you just choose the horse and click the button and then theres a page with a dropdown were you can shoose the rider for the event.
