Orbis World and Tokens

Howdy,

I have a question about Orbis worlds and getting help through the option provided there. I haven't had any luck with getting responses there to my tickets. One I was able to resolve myself and just needs to closed and the other is for some more foundies of one of my PB's.

Question(s):
Am I doing things wrong?
Am I supposed to be using another avenue to access the ability to purchase items with tokens?

I am having the same problem. I ordered an account upgrade almost a month ago and it still hasnt been done, i put in a ticket a little over a week ago and there has been no reply.

Unfortunately there's many things that Ops are unable to handle via the support tickets - those fall within Nef's domain and she's he only one who can do anything about it . . .

yes thank you, to everyone who responded.

My main concern was if I was doing everything correctly. I can wait of that is all it takes. I have just been away for so long I wsnted to make sure.
