New Breeding age with bonuses

So I want to breed http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=2122643 , and i have all the required bonuses ( i believe) to have her producing riuntil 27, but it still says she is too old to breed. I've also tried to rush fertility a couple times to see if it just says that, but no go.

The horse will still say too old to breed, but when you go to the stallion or to use a vial the mare should still show up in the drop down list to use as long as she is in the stable and in heat.
