Change email address

I haven't been on the game part of this for about 5 years, so I'm a little out of practice and not sure on all the details - is there a way of changing the e-mail address associated with an account? I managed to drag up my login & password, but I don't know if the email address my accounts are connected to is still one that I use, so I may need to change it to a more current one... if that is possible anyway.
