I have seen people offering the service to abort a pregnant mare on their ranch pages but I was wondering how you actually do it? I cannot find it in my vet skills, I accidentally bred the two wrong horses. Thanks.

It's on your breeding page, but you need to have vet skill. c:

You have to have 100% veterinary and 100% Breeding. If you click under breeding, you will see options to put a mare into heat or to abort a foal. Hope this helps
