Why won't my surefoot stay maxed???

Hello, I've been away from the game for a while and I'm getting back into it. I've noticed that my horses surefoot won't stay at 225.562%. I've eventing them on a novice account, just to free up room on my main ranch, could that be why? I cap the surefoot on my main ranch, and then i send them over to my novice eventing ranch, and as I'm entering them and taking turns I notice their surefoot goes back down to 225%. The game never used to do that, maybe it's a bug? Thanks in advance

There is a bonus that allows the surefoot to remain at the higher setting. It is likely not shared on your novice account. I believe it is Grace and Glory that gives .25% more to movement and surefoot
