Brought tokens but didnt get them Ripped off

I brought 10 tokens to upgrade my account paypal said it went through yet orbis said error in payment you got my money I got NO tokens what a rip off

I'd advise double checking Paypal and submitting a ticket to Orbis to have Nef check on it, I've yet to see Orbis throw an error when buying tokens, send in a ticket and include the Paypal transaction number so Nef can look into it

If you do not let the pages load fully, then it cuts the process off, stopping the tokens from being credited to the OW account.
There are also times when paypal glitches itself and cuts the process off. This is why we need a ticket submitted with a PayPal transaction Id so that Nef can manually look up the transaction and add the tokens to the account.
