Brood Mare and Semen Questions

I have alot of questions please answer if you can help

1) what are the brood mare leases? is that for some one else to use your mare as a brood mare or can i have some one breed my mare for me?
2) how do you collect semen?
3) do i have to be a sponcer to collect Semen?

Broodmare option is to let someone else use your mare to have a foal.
You can also lease your mare out directly to another player that would be willing to breed your mare for you.

Semen is collected directly from your stallions page. There is a "freeze semen" button on the lower left side of his page. The cost is $20,000 per vial that you freeze. You can not take semen from other players horses, but there is a semen section in the items market place where you can search for what other players have for sale.

You do not have to be a sponsor to use the semen freezing option.

thank you. how old does a stud have to be to freeze the semen i cant seem to find the button on my 3 y/o cow stud

I think they have to be 3.2 yrs or something similar for the button to show up

also, does breeding with frozen semen count as a breeding on a novice account?

Yes, any breeding you do on the account will count as a breeding, be it your own stud, someone else's stud or a vial.
