Hi everyone,
I've been away for a bit..but am now back. However, I can't remember the login name for one of my sub account. I did put a ticket in through Orbis Games, but was wondering how long it takes to get a response? I put in the ticket about 3 days ago.

It basically boils down to whenever Nef the owner is around to read it and handle the issue. We Ops don't have access to usernames and passwords, unfortunately, so it's all on her. We do poke her in the direction of tickets when we see her, so just be patient. It will be handled next time she's around

That's what I figured. I was just curious. I do realize we have real lives ..and many of us have real farms lol..outside of the game. Thanks for the response.
