Why is this horse not eligible for Western Events?

It is level 25 trained in Western, and I got Western tack for it. I made sure it was fully rested. When I go to Western events it says I can't enter any but when I go to Gym events I can event it. Am I missing something?

Nope I was not! I did a search for local events and I was able to enter! Thank you!! <3
