Have I been hacked?!

My computer has been a little bit temperamental with VHR and a minute ago I tried to log into both my accounts and it said incorrect username/password, but I know it isn't! I then did the "forgot password" thing and it just came up with an error? Is it just a glitch in the system right now orrrr have I been hacked and had my password and email details changed?! :(

No, the server was just updating :) My account is working now.
