Purchasing Problem?

I purchased a pair of foundation QH's a few days ago, 3 now I believe,
I know it says please allow 24 hours for the transaction,
but my payment has been made and still no foundys.
Has this happened to anyone else or am I just being too impatient?
I have a e-mail statement from Pay Pal and everything showing where I paid Orbis Games for them...

When you purchase something, PayPal takes the payment. Orbis doesn't receive payment until they accept it, which is the same time you will get your foundies. If it's been 3 days, you should put a ticket in through Orbis Worlds, including the transaction ID PayPal sent you, as it's possible that Nef missed your payment when she went through and did PayPal.

Oooooooh okay! Thanks, I didn't know that it worked that way, okay cool deal. Yea I will definitely do that. Thanks Alabama! :)
