Orbis Ticket

So I put in a ticket to gain access to my old accounts, and got a response in about a day asking if I still had access to my email account. I responded saying I do and now it's been 5 days since a response. Is this normal or has it somehow been overlooked??

It hasn't been overlooked. Nef doesn't check OW tickets most weekends, and she's been kinda busy lately. Hopefully in the coming week she'll have time to get on top of it. There's other tickets needing looking at too, so we'll nag her shortly to catch up :P
