One Month Upgrades

One of my accounts expired on 3/5/13. I upgraded on 3/6/13 with a one month upgrade. My management page now states that it will expire on 4/5/13. Does the one month not go from when you ordered it, but from when it last expired? Or is it just for 30 days instead of one month? I know it is only 1 days difference, I was just curious as to which way the one month upgrade worked.

Upgrades go from the date of purchase. I'll have to check with Nef exactly how the month is calculated though. I would guess it's so many hours that equate to 30 days.

same here. My ranch expired on 8/3/2013, and it was upgraded on the same day and the account says it expires on 7/4/2013
