Glitch when creating club events

It says 'Please Select an Event Level!' but there's nowhere to select one.

(I was trying to make FH events. It give me the option to name/select general type, then on the next page the drop down menu has FH, handy pony and jousting, but that's it. No event level to choose from.)

If I remember right, club events were more or less disabled a while back. Apart from the fact they were more glitchy than normal events, they never filled.
