Buy a cure off the marketplace.
Once the horse is cured buy a vaccination as well so it doesn't get west nile again

Posted: Sun Feb 24, 2013 12:40 pmThere are over 60+ cures for sale. Many at 1k. You need to go to Marketplace -> Items where there's the 'Service Deed Type' select 'Vet-Cure' then Search!! The first page will pull up numerous cures listed at 1k that when you buy them will be placed in your inventory where you can use them.
