How do I buy a sponsored account with VHR cash?

I have heard that you can do this, but I do not see where the option is!

You have to purchase from another player who pays with real money. I would check the auction and the general sales sections. Sometimes, they are advertised on the Bulletin Board in game. I would caution that if you find someone to purchase from, that you get a game moderator involved to make sure you don't get scammed.
