Hi,

I was looking for some help regarding sponsor accounts. I understand its 1-3 working days as a wait. I purchase on 30th Oct so am on my 3rd working day.


Am I likely to have my account ungraded today? Or will I have to wait the weekend as well?

As it's at day 3, submit a ticket to www.orbisworlds.com (click Get Help! and follow prompts), and provide either the transaction ID/receipt or the name on the credit card so the game owner can hunt down the the transaction :)

Oh, and to check your tickets (which is always advisable) and to reply to them, click Support Messages :)
