Renewal and reward question

I'm pretty sure my account has been upgraded for five and a half years. My question is, is there a way I can tell (through Orbis Worlds ticket or otherwise) exactly how long it's been a sponsor? And do two six month upgrades count as a year towards the reward? (Supposing I ordered another six month to make it six years, I would be able to get the box dye reward, and not have to order a full year.)

Yeah, the 6 months add together I've been doing that with my main account and haven't had any issue claiming rewards every time its renewed for another year.
