Hi all....

Hoping one of the mods might be able to help.

I can't remember the password to one of my accounts, and when I try to have the password sent to my email I have been getting this:

The requested URL /method='post' was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Same is true when I try to go to Orbis to send in a ticket.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies? You might also try rebooting your modem.

Thanks for responding.

Yes, I have tried those things. I have even defragged my system, but it's being stubborn I guess.

I was able to finally issue a ticket a few minutes ago. So hopefully now, Nef or whomever can find my info for me.

have you tried seeing if your date and time is right? also make sure your firewall is off (i have macfee and it messes with my vhr)

It was doing the same to me the day before yesterday
