If I log onto vhr on my phone its normal.
But I get to the log in screen on a laptop then it goes to like a website under construction page.

any ideas anyone?!
I've tried so many times.

It means your DNS hasn't updated yet. Hopefully it will within the next 3 or 4 hours.
