Can you like make a post were people just can post ads all they want? I don't want to get into trouble if I do make one.

What do you mean? People are free to post ads in the correct classified section on the forums.

It isn't needed. Depending on what you or others are offering or looking for, there's a topic for everything.. viewforum.php?f=52 And anyone can post their own thread.
