Question about events running and trials

Hi there. I've got a question about when events run and when the money is awarded. I entered my mare in a few classes. Now the classes she is entered in say -1 day(s), -22 hours, -43 minutes for the event time, I'm wondering when they are going to run? The reason being is I want to start training my other horses, but I don't want to age her and have her be too old to win.

She's my first show horse after I upgraded my account, I trained her myself using a guide I found and I think I did it right. When I enter her in trials though, she gets a negative score, and in her last show, she earned third. Am I doing something wrong?

Players run their own events and events must have at least 10 horses for the player to run them. If there isn't 10, the only ones who can run are ops. Sometimes, players leave events up even after having 10 entries because they haven't been online, or are waiting to make some money since the more people who enter, the more money the host makes.

You can move your mare to the pasture and work on other horses in the stable. She won't age in the pasture, and it won't affect her placing.
