Okay I know its been a while. However above B.C.??? Doesn't that mean the B.C. was broken and it considered the new B.C.?

Not since the introduction of the bonuses.
Better Breeder - New foals have a 5% chance to ignore 'birth caps' in a stat
That bonus allows foals to be born above BC
If you're dealing with an uncommon breed and you "break the BC" it only counts if the foal/s have been born on a ranch without this bonus. Otherwise it is considered an above BC foal.
