Have I lost my BEST VHR Account Forever? :(

I just recently got my internet back after quite some-time!!! I was really excited to get back on VHR, but when I came to the login page --I realized that I have forgotten my username AND password (and all other information about the account) . It was my best account too --millions of dollars, some really great horses, a beautiful custom layout too! I was also, of course, a sponsor.

Soo, I created another account and wrung my brain of any and all information I could remember about the game. I eventually tracked down one of my studs and found my old account! :~Patience~: of :~Royal Meadows~:

This helped me remember:

1) My username (I think)!!!
AND
2) That I am pretty sure I had this account registered to an old e-mail account --that I deleted.

I would really like to play the game, but I don't know if I want to start from the beginning again! I would gladly upgrade my old account though back to sponsor!

What can I do? Have I lost my account forever? I put out a "Support Ticket" on the Orbis Worlds site, but I haven't got an answer yet. Can anyone help me? Please?! Any suggestions?
