Problem Upgrading.

Problem Upgrading.

I upgraded my account on Sunday, and it still has not come in. The "My Account" page promises that it will come in within 24 hours, and it has been over 3 days. Thanks,

You'll need to put a ticket in through OW, including the transaction ID. However, we generally suggest waiting 3 business days (not counting the weekends) as the top of the purchase page says up to 48 hours (http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/upgrade.php Just upgraded? Please be patient and your account will be upgraded with in the next 1-48 hours, if it is not, please contact help/support!). The game was also down for 24 hours, in which upgrades could not occur and then another half a day or so fixing glitches created by the server move, so upgrades will take a day or two longer to complete.

If you made the purchase Sunday, today would be the third day, and with the game down, I'd probably start being concerned about Friday if it hasn't come through.

In your PayPal payment history and PayPal would have e-mailed you a confirmation with the transaction ID
