PB question?

I know Pb's can take a while to come in but my partner got me a PB for christmas i think she ordered them on the 22nd of Dec and they still havent come. Is there a back log of did Nef not get the info?

Just thought i would ask :mrgreen:

I would submit a ticket, or maybe have your partner do it. I think PBs have come in since, but I am not sure, so submitting a ticket is your best option :)

PB's have definitely come in since then. I had mine ordered and it arrived in less than 48 hours... Submit a ticket, or you can resend the email with all the breeds info. That may be another reminder just in case she misplaced the order (somehow).

I had a feeling about this my partner hasn't got back to me after a ton of messages im guessing this could be why then :roll:

Seems a silly thing to not talk to me anymore i would rather have a friend then a second PB :lol:

Id say send a ticket in, cause PB's have come in since then. Myne came in beginning of January end of December I think it was.
