Freezer?

I'm not sure if this would go in the Bugs section or here, so if I should move the post please let me know.

I know the freezer only shows 12 straws at a time. Before I noticed that once I used a straw, another would take its place (as I have had more then 12 straws). I bought a straw for 1 mill and now it won't show up. It took my money and I have been trying to find it. I used straws to see if that would work, I sold straws, I've deleted them and I still can't get the straw and I am rather upset as I had plans for this particular one and the horses was a multimillionaire(57 mill winnings) which I can't find another straw from him even at the marketplace.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? Or has it happened to anyone else?

I believe it's happened to a few people, but we can't find a reason. If you'll put a ticket in through OW and detail what semen you bought, what ranch you bought from and how much, maybe we can get to the bottom of it.

that VERY SAME THING happened to me just a few days ago....i can't remember who it was from though i lnow it was a few million....
