1. I like the Welsh Pony
2. Horsemanship, English Training, Sport Training, Ranch Management, Farrier, and Breeding.
3. No Sorry
4. I like the name Sunset Meadows

These are ALL my opinions so I recommend listening to a variety not just mine. I do think you should have English Training, and horsemanship, because you can create riders at the marketplace and name them and use them as your riders.

1. What is the best breed of ponies for HOF?
Any breed you want. For your sanity's sake, I suggest looking on here and finding a pony breed with a high BC for a start. When you're more comfortable, then you can play around with some of the pony breeds with not so nice BCs xD

2. What 5 skills should i have at 100% if i want to breed/show/train/sell hunter OF ponies?
Horsemanship (free), Breeding, English Training, Sport Training, Vet, Farrier.
Ok, Farrier is the only one up there that if you didn't want, I'ld suggest you get rid of. Shoes can be hard to find at reasonable prices on the market at times - more so than tack. And typically you'll go through more shoes than tack. Hence the suggestion to get it.

Breeding + Vet = Horses at 95% stats, the ability to rush fertility in mares (more foals)
Horsemanship + English Training + Sport training (+ Vet) = necessary skills in order to train anything properly. I've added Vet in brackets because if you're anything like me, you'll learn how to use meths and tranqs in training, and it's easier to have Vet than to consistently buy from the marketplace :)

okay thank you guys SOO much!

1. I think i will go with the welsh ponies because they seem to be pretty good all around right?

2. For my 5 skills i will prolly end up going with
1: ranch management (i like to create my own events and stuff so that should be good)
2: horsemanship (suggested by everyone ive talked to)
3: vet (like Jellybeanjoe said i can use meth and tranqs for my training)
4: breeding (i want to breed my own horses)
5: english or sport training

- I want to show in HOF and since i wont have english riding.. then i will need to train riders (with english training) but on the other hand when training my horses for HOF the training guide i use mostly deals with halter(covered by my horsemanship skill) polo and track endurance (i would need sport training right?). so should i go with english or sport training?

- Also jellybeanjoe said that horsemanship is free? what does that mean? does that mean i can have 6 things at 100% if one of them is horsemanship?

also thank you guys soo much for your help! :)

Horsemanship doesn't count when you get skills. You can get 100% in that skill for free ;) And then still pick another 5 skills :)

You will need Sport AND English training in order to train properly.

Yes, you can have up to ten. I would use the fallowing for breeding, training, and competing. I may be wrong so please listen and let others post too! These may not be the best so I recommend having other people post too so you can have a bigger source to choose from;

Better Breeder-----New foals have a 5% chance to ignore 'birth caps' in a stat
Tenacious Trainer--1% bonus to personal experience gain
Fantastic Foals----Foals are born .05% better in natural stats regardless
Pwning Ponies-----they are l337 pwnies
Grace and Glory---If it stumbles or drags its feet, its probably not near you
Proud and Proper---For the European arts
Showoffs----------When it comes to show horses, your the expert
Bountiful Broods----Mares can produce foals up to age 25
Fruitful and Fertile-Studs can breed up to age 25 (only works when stud is in your stable)
Super Studs-------Higher chance to produce studs
