so i was thinking, i need to upgrade my account and i was thinking can you upgrade a n account twice? like upgrade it for a year then when the account comes renew the account again so it wont espire until 2 yrs not 1 now?

Yes, you can do that. When you upgrade, it'll add the time onto what's already there if you're already a sponsor :)
