Upgrade query...

I renewed my sponsor account this past January (2010), and i did it for a year, always have done for the past 4 years i've been a sponsor.

However, just happened to see my account details today, and it says expires 2010-08-01. Now i'm guessing this means the first of August? Am i wrong? I have the PayPal receipt for proof of payment and all that. Thanks to those who can help

Yes thank you, i realize that, why ten is it only good till August if i purchased a year upgrade? Could the year be wrong?

Yes, that date up there is August 1 2010. If you ordered a 1yr upgrade, but only got a 6mo one, send in a support ticket to OW. Ideally provide the transaction ID
