Bonuses and Breeding skills....

Ok, So I have my breeding ranch, but I'm not sure what bonuses I should get... I'm only breeding Tbs on it, so I have
Savvy and Scrappy
Fit & Fearless
Speediest
Fantastic Foals, and I was thinking about Better Boys, but this is my question...

If you have 100% breeding skill doesn't your foal have 95% of it's natural stats? So what would be the point of having the better boys bonus?
is this wrong? I'm just confused

Sporty Sorts--Sport Horses Have Better Foals
Speediest --Adds Speed To Foals
Magically Mighty --Adds Strength To Foals
Twice is Thrice Better--Chance For Twins
Fantastic Foals--Better Foal Stats
Bountiful Broods--Breed Mares To 25
Genetic Genous--The DNA of your studs are 10% more dominant in influence to their foals in their natural str, int, end and speed
Better Breeder--Chance To Break BC
Super Studs--Higher Chance To Produce Studs
Rolling Rodeo--Just For Rolling My Sports Without Training Bonuses(So .02 randomness isn't there)

Don't Get Better Boys....it's a waste if you already have 100% Breeding skill
