Random Money Question

I'm new to VHR (but i've played many horse SIMS in the past), and I was wondering how the game money is transferred between accounts? (Like if I were to sell artwork and such) I know on HL, you (used to, at least) simply had a horse for bid, and other games there's a set system for it. How does it work here? Thanks

On here we youse leases or deeds(same thing, different names)
It's under your "management" button as contracts
