Help me please!

I have done the trial events on my horses in different classes, It shows what earn from it but the money is not added to my account.
When I train my horses their experience is not added to their either.
I have tried deleteing my history and cookies and it still isn't showing up.

Can someone please help me and tell me how to fix this?

Once a horse reaches a certain point in either earnings or competition score, you will no longer receive money from it.

I know but these are less than 2 years old and haven't maxed out by any means... I just don't understand why I am not able to gain from them.

I run through the trials and it says what i earn at the bottom but it isn't added to my money or my horse's stats

i even tried changing from iexplorer to google chrome, still same problem

Competition Score: 329
and
Total Earnings: 6869
Competition Score: 340

That's all you're going to get from those two. The cap is 7K and if the trial is bringing more than 50 on the first or more than 133 on the second, it won't award the money.
