Raising birth numbers

Postby jahzara » Wed Apr 21, 2010 10:57 pm

I'm having a bit of trouble with my breeding program. For about a month all I did on VHR was do graphics so I could pay people to train my horses, whom I bred a few times and then retired, over and over again. I got from 96 intelligence to 105 intelligence, which is fine, but it won't go any higher than that. Also in using monstered stallions the other stats aren't going up at birth either. Is this because I'm novice breeding or not training right?

So the real question is, what training techniques help raise the actual birth stat (in the brackets)? I'm not too worried about the stat names, more about the numbers in brackets.

Any help is appreciated!!!!

Not sure what breed you're working with, so I'll just stick to everything else.

Yes, the most likely problem is that you are breeding as a novice. Sponsors with breeding skill can breed at 95% rather than 90% like novices. Yes this does affect the stats. For example: A novice can breed at most, a TB with 112 speed. A sponsor can breed TBs with a max speed of 118 (this is assuming neither have the BC breaking bonus when breeding). See the massive difference?
