How do straws work? I mean I get the basic idea of them and I could figure out how to use them for myself but how do you sell them to a certain person? Or even sell them in general? I noticed it had a sell button next to it but where does it desplay the semen for sale?

You can put them for sale in general. They show up under Marketplace -> Items ->Frozen Semen.
