How do I ask/let a subscribing player (as a vet) birth my foal? I know that if the person does it will have all the bonuses. Thanks!

You lease the mare to them them and they will take turns until the foal is born. You then retrieve your mare and bid on the foal.

You can look through the community list of online players for sponsors offering this service, or you can advertise here, on your ranch or in chat that you are looking for one.
